With the number of foreign workers in Japan exceeding 2.3 million and overseas bases expanding year by year, many companies are urgently facing the need to create educational systems that overcome language barriers.

 

Against this backdrop, more companies are trying to establish educational environments for foreign and overseas staff using LMS, but the criteria for selecting an LMS necessary for overseas expansion differ greatly from those for domestic use. Even products labeled as "multilingual compatible" often do not function as expected, and to centralize education across multiple locations while controlling costs, it is essential to grasp selection criteria that are easily overlooked.
