Q. Is remote work or working from a distant location possible?

A. Remote work and working from distant locations are possible.
Full-time employees: Coming to the office once a month is mandatory, so this applies to those living within a commuting area.
Fixed-term staff: Full remote work is possible.

Q. Can I get a job in the position I desire?

A. Our company conducts recruitment by job category, so in principle, you can be employed in the position you desire.
However, some applicants may find it difficult to choose their desired position during the selection process,
and for such cases, the decision may be made after discussions during the interview or after hiring, taking into account the applicant's aptitude and other factors.

Q. Are there any qualifications required to apply?

A. No specific qualifications are required for the selection process. Each candidate is evaluated from multiple perspectives,
and qualifications are considered as one of those factors.
However, after joining the company, we encourage obtaining various qualifications and provide support such as qualification acquisition expense assistance programs and company-funded education expenses for
purchasing books and participating in training sessions.

Q. Do you hire international students?

A. Please rest assured that we accept applications regardless of nationality.
We also have employees of foreign nationality.

Q. Are there overseas business trips or training programs?

A. Some sales representatives have overseas business trips several times a year for customer visits and exhibition participation.
Currently, training is not conducted overseas.
However, production staff in charge of overseas customers mainly communicate with clients via email, so there are many opportunities to utilize English skills.

Q. Can you tell me about the gender ratio?

A. There are 72 men and 62 women. (As of April 1, 2026)

Q. Can I take childcare leave?

A. We have established maternity leave, childcare leave, and a short working hours system after returning to work, all based on legal regulations.
In fact, there are several employees who have returned from childcare leave and those who are balancing work and childcare by using the short working hours system.
We hope that by working with us for a long time, you will enhance your expertise, so please actively make use of these systems.

Q. Can you tell me about balancing work and childcare?

A. It is possible to use the flextime system and shortened working hours.
With remote work plus flextime, it is also possible to take breaks during the day, allowing flexible adjustment of working hours.
Many employees are raising children, and we strive to create a workplace environment that is understanding throughout the company.

Q. Are there transfers between job categories?

A. We do not conduct regular job rotations. However, depending on the market and company circumstances,
there are cases where employees are transferred to other job categories where their existing skills can be fully utilized.
Additionally, transfer requests are gathered during the goal-setting interviews held twice a year,
and if a request is made, we consider the individual's aptitude and the work situation to accommodate their wishes as much as possible.
